- Expectations of your work and responsibilities are very clear from the very beginning. - Managers trust and respect your abilities but expect high quality work of you. They do not micro manage and total independence is given for you to complete the assigned tasks. - Work life balance is promised and well delivered. Female employees, especially working mothers are given the flexibility to job share, flexible working hours, as well as optional day-off during the week (for example, work 10 hours from Monday to Thursday and take Friday off). Also, they are given the options to work from home, which is a bonus!

Cons

- The company's always changing (mergers and acquistion), so job security is a question here.

Their Benifits...Outstanding!!!! Great health care, No presciption cost, re-imbursement for gym membership, 6 week paid paternity, on and on and on....

Cons

They have no business forsight! Senior management is horrible! Every employee is expendable. The politics within the company is rediculous.
