      Pros

      Pfizer has excellent benefits - probably some of the best you will find anywhere. Very committed to the family.., and employee worklife Very well paid in terms of salary

      Cons

      Pfizer's leadership is what had me turned off the past few years.., no identity or it seemed as well as pipeline struggles. No fair quota system in place.., no 2 way communication ability over errors. (just deal with it - was the attitude it seemed) Managers are becoming micro managers to try and keep their own jobs.., instead of encouraging individual innovation and improvements (this is due to the industry downsizing - I think)

      Pros

      Pfizer is a huge company with many products and umlimited cash for more mergers and buy outs. The Pfizer name carries such recognition that you are immediately accepted by the medical community as legitimate.

      Cons

      New York headquarters is not in touch with the rest of the company. They have lost the basic tenant of Pfizer's past success - loyalty to the employees. The "Pfizer Family" is a thing of the past along with the 8 Pfizer values. Unbridled growth was not a good thing for Pfizer.

      Pros

      The Pay is not too bad. There are opportunities to advance but there a lot of people who dont want you to. There are people that make a lot of money but it seems to have more to do with luck than any kind of professional skill

      Cons

      the hours are horrible. there is no balance between personal life and work life. they expect a lot of you and if you offer any kind of pushback then you will be forwned upon. they arent secretive about it either. there are times when it is so blatant it is borderline offensive. professionalism is definitely not a strong point for this company. i need to get out!.
