Stresses innovation. Challenging research environment. Global presence and good communication and collaboration between research sites. Good communication between senior management and employees.

Cons

Questionable practices in considering legacy employees after Pfizer aqcuisitions of other companies. Perception of favoritism for legacy Pfizer employees for key positions after aqcuisition. Flat organization, little room for advancement.

Pros

It has strong training programs, competitive compensation packages and excellent benefits. Pfizer is in a transformation phase what creates several opportunities for career growth.

Cons

Downsides are job instability and delay by senior management in announcing decisions about the organizational structure moving forward. The work environment continues to be stressful and there is an overlap between legacy-Wyeth and legacy-Pfizer operational procedures, what makes daily work activities difficult. Legacy-Pfizer benefits are still not fully available to legacy-Wyeth employees.

Compensation and benefits are great, good support to acquire capital equipment for research, good network infrastructure to connect with fellow colleagues at other research sites

Cons

Years of 2005-2010 have been filled with transition and turmoil, bad morale amongst employees currently with regards to the management, perceived lack of patience and dedication to research
