      Pros

      Great Benefits and the salary is comparable to other companies in the industry. There is also some flexibility in how you juggle your work and personal life in regards to working from home to leaving work to get something done.

      Cons

      In some departments there is little transparency from upper management and decision are made by individuals who do not do the actual work.

      -Reasonable funding and schedules for projects -Good career opportunities - lots of responsibility -Emphasis on safety -Excellent benefits and exit packages

      Cons

      -Can be bureaucratic, like most large companies -Constant change such as mergers, site closings -New programs always being rolled out, yet there is never accountability for the previous programs
