      The people at Pfizer are extremely intelligent and hard working and most everyone is motivated to make this a wonderful place to work and be affilitated with.

      Cons

      We have been in a constant state of flux for multiple years now and it is very difficult to be able to do your job well in this state.

      -there are plenty of career growth opportunities -integrated alignment across different function lines -work with knowledgeable and talented individuals -great employee benefits

      -large organizational structure leads to communication challenges and function overlap -a lot of politics, but this is true as of any large organization

      Management made my role perfectly clear. Human resources does a good job a mediation. I found the salary decent and the work suited to the pay.

      Cons

      Seems like my fellow employees were not up to par. I wonder if background checks are done in a proficient manner.
