Excellent benefits. Excellent training and tools to help you advance in the company.

Cons

Extremely corporate and bureaucratic not readily open to innovative ideas. Very slow to change. Say they care about employees but we are really just a number. Wants you to focus on job as priority rather than personal life. You have to work hard to keep balance.
