      Decent benefits, good location if you’re on the north shore or off of I93/I495.

      Cons

      Still some remnants of the good ol’ boys network from Wyeth days. Site leadership instability, 5 heads in about 6 years and frequent waves of layoffs at the management level in Andover and across all Pfizer sites.
