Benifits and Pay are much better than most of the competitors i know of. Workload can be hectic at times but this is the happiest ive been at a job at a long time. Most of team has been here 20+ years which is a great sign

within biotech there can be layoff scares also seems like manufacturing is always getting the brunt of things and office / m-f workers get all the perks
