Pros

Solid company, good benefits, pay. Management reflects the high value the culture places on developing people.

Cons

With some younger managers, good people often not recognized. A lot of young people trying to act like "grownups". Research direction can be ambiguous for scientific/technical research group--reflects the environment they operate in.

Pros

Work life balance and capability of working from home. Salary and benefits are great compared to the market place. Some of my best friends are coworkers I met through my years at Pfizer. Good people!

Cons

Lots of uncertainty because of excessive lay offs causing work load to increase but it is still manageable.

Great Benefits and the salary is comparable to other companies in the industry. There is also some flexibility in how you juggle your work and personal life in regards to working from home to leaving work to get something done.

Cons

In some departments there is little transparency from upper management and decision are made by individuals who do not do the actual work.
