      Coworkers are great, projects are interesting, workload is decent, day-to-day management is excellent, diversity is celebrated, company direction is logical

      Cons

      No stock options below a certain job level, pay is lower than other companies, company tech (i.e. laptops, meetings software) causes inefficiency, promotions often take ~3 years
