      At Pfizer you can easily share your ideas with anyone you want.

      Cons

      Company is sometimes too unsteady where this can be a pros too. Organization is improved and renewed. Good thing is that anyone even a new starter is informed about what goes around Pfizer World.

      Great opportunities to learn and develop, I felt that my work was recognised and was rewarded for hard work locally.

      Cons

      Slow decision making by senior management. Felt like there was a disconnect between US sites and rest of the world.
