Pros

Great medial, dental, and vision insurance.

Cons

The compensation could be better. The rate of pay is above average for St. Louis Mo, yet as an Inspector you inspect $800,000 worth of product DAILY to ensure customers are receiving a safe and operable unit. If it isn’t inspected it doesn’t leave the building. There is no money to be made or profited without an inspected unit. It takes a lot of nonstop training, and testing in order to be an inspector so it’s not like anyone can do the job . In fact, often times inspectors don’t make it pass training and testing to be qualified. Because of this the rate of pay isn’t really fair.
