Specifically to Sanford Location: Extremely HIGH turnover Quality department (a group has all new employees) Ineffective management Select individuals are promoted, numerous times Hiring inexperienced candidates into senior positions instead of rewarding those who do the work through promotions when positions are available. SMEs in the quality department have left the department and the company, those who remain are stressed and miserable. Inadequate training due to high turnover No career development opportunties Employees are not valued as management has yet to address turnover The commute to Sanford from RDU
