Business Outlook
Pros
I would recommend working for Pfizer for a number of reasons 1. Very good work culture 2. Process driven approach 3. Supportive Managers 4. Good work life balance (My role had hybrid working model with 2 weekly offs) 5. Good process of reward and recognition
Cons
Although I did not find any major downsides and since I was there only for a year, I cannot comment much but what I felt, these were the two downsides. 1. Low scope of vertical growth 2. Need to negotiate salary properly before joining the organization. (one of the mistake that I had done)
