Cons

You are expected to eat, live and breathe the company values. Be prepared to sell your soul and don't forget to smile and love your job while you are doing it! Freebies are given to you and in exchange you are expected to work any hours, attend any event and be available at any opportunity. Overall a shallow, substance-less and cold place to work.
