Scrutinized Budgets - extremely important 5. Bigger teams leading to more situation handling and dealing with lot of internal stakeholders 6. Brands have a strong hold in hospitality business and therefore one is forced to think out of the box. 7. Great innovations 8. Finally decent pay masters

      Lots of conviviality, awesome building, equipment is provided. friendly organization.

      Cons

      Bad managers. Often changing employees, salary disparity. People being overworked. When you become permanent your salary will be cut in half in exchange of benefits. They know who is toxic but choose to keep them.
