Pros

Very Dinamic and very big, a lot of opportunities to grow. Lot of respect for Diversity and Inclusion, the company puts strong focus in developing female and young talent. No structured culture, you have a lot of liberty to work your way.

Cons

People is not top priority. To have opportunities you have to became international. Due to its size, sometimes is too bureaucratic. Salaries are average.

Pros

fast paced environment, exposure to senior leaders and complex business issues. The company is rarely evolving. You can be sure that growth is going to be limited.

Cons

Becomes redundant work over time with nowhere to move in career progression. They are not involved in external activities and management is very small in size for the amount of people that work at this facility.

Pros

great opportunities to develop analytic skills and relationships with many different levels in the company. Clear growth and promotion tracks. Decent flexibility in work schedule in HQ roles. New challenges were always popping up that kept the job fun and interesting each day. People were great to work with- culture is friendly and supportive but everyone is competitive for results, which pushes people to work at their best.

Cons

A bit on the hierarchical side, compensation not always tied to the actions they say they want to promote or are tied to uncontrollable manufacturing processes.
