      Pros

      Being a part of a global company, which everybody knows well which gives you reputation between other company's employees.

      Cons

      You get lost inside the corporation, it is too hard to come in prominence while doing the job you're loaded. So a career path inside the company is a dream for most of the employees, but because it provides reputation among other companies you can proceed your career with some other companies when you get out of PepsiCo.
