      Pros

      The people that I work with is the main pro, as well as the competitive nature of the business. Salary is average at best

      Cons

      Corporate treats the Frontline employees like robots. Very difficult to move up within the company unless you are minority or female, and then you will be fast tracked regardless of your performance

      Don't work as merchandiser if you want a life

      Great Pay Ins 401k Holiday Pay Full time work Company is a Powerhouse in Indiana Floating Holiday Union Teamsters Free boots Free pop at office

      Cons

      Over work you . Give you 15 hrs of work to do in 8 and get mad at overtime. Then the next week will put you on 7 days a weeks with all kinds of over time. if your out of the city no help at all with over25 pallets as guys in town have less and get helpers. Treat merchandisers like dogs . Sales people order way to much products. No life as your to sore or tired to do anything.

      Really the only good thing I can say about PepsiCo is I worked with some good co workers other than that everything else was bad

      Cons

      Poor management,too much emphasis placed on advancing college recruits,never listened to employees issues,no work life balance,far too much micro managing, far too much emphasis on filling innovation voids wether the customer wanted the product or not,pricing too high for independents,
