      Pros

      Solid Company, new equipment, LOTS of work, nice clean facility, good location, mechanics on sight, haul our own product. Honors senority, 401k.

      Cons

      Long hrs 60+ per week and hard physical work for average pay, driver pay is based on component wages, below average benefits, poorly ran, inexperienced Admin and Management makes job difficult, no life balance unless high senority, lack of respect and appreciation. Company seems to take more from Employees every year. Disappointing for such a successful company.

      Pros

      The pay is not bad and benefits are great.

      Cons

      I'd you want to be worked like a dog then work at pepsi were you will be so burned out after a month you will want to quit. You won't be paid hourly and they will work you 60 hours a week no matter what. You will feel like a slave

      The pay was decent No direct supervision Free phone Go as fast or as slow as you want Pretty much make your own hours

      Cons

      A lot of wear and tear on your own vehicle It's a union employees VS non union employees vibe Management is extremely unqualified and oblivious to what actually goes on during the day to day job There is no team. Certain employees are forced to pick up the slack for the ones management likes better The glass ceiling in inevitable
