Pros

Large company with great Performance with Purpose vision and objectives manage operations in a way that is responsive to the sustainability of the environment and ecosystem.

Cons

This is a company for young people. Once people hit age 50+ there is virtually no room for advancement or promotion. The Company HR personnel are not willing to review older employees for promotion thinking that they do not want to expend energies on those who might retire within the next 5-10 years. People really need to screw up in order to get fired at PepsiCo but their are a very large number of people who just coast by doing the absolute minimum because they know they will not be promoted or awarded for extra effort.

Pros

I am really struggling to think of any pros for this job. It was probably the worst job ever.

Cons

This was a terrible job. I worked for Walkers and it was like being transported back in time. They are obsessed with Health and Safety, to the point where you have to report that you have had no "near misses". They sold the job to me as a development role but it turned out to be van sales.

Pros

Pay is decent for unskilled labor. Great place if you've given up in life. You can literally die at this company if you choose to do so. You can pay your child support.

Cons

Constantly reminded how replaceable you are. Lateral movement only. Your job is up to chance, and not do to preformance, management is extremely disconnected. No transferable skills to another career. Sometimes hours are in excess of 70 in a week. Management is intellectually dishonest. You must live your life around your productivity. Point system written to cater to people in the office environment, extremely unreasonable. Could go on forever!
