      Very good place to work but base salary is not great. It has great work-life balance, you have friday afternoon's off.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance and it is a great brand name to have in your resume particularly if you intend to study an MBA or pursue an international career.

      Cons

      Increase in pay for promotions are practically nothing, particularly in the entry level associates. Moving from level 6 to 7 or 8 will get you an increase of about 2 to 3 %, ridiculous.

      Pros

      The benefits are pretty good in relation to other comparative jobs. The are many different directions and fields to grow with in the company.

      Cons

      The work life balance at Pepsi is hard to have. They preach about how they value family time, and people having a life outside of Pepsi, but don't allow the oppurtunities to have a fair balance.

      60 hour split workweek

      Pros

      The benefits are one of the only redeeming factors that make this job bearable. I worked my rear off to a decent paycheck last year.

      Cons

      Working so many hours on a split work week will wreak havoc. You never get away from the job mentally or physically. Chinese overtime should be outlawed!
