Pros
Good pay and good benefits. It's not just putting chips on shelves its hard work don't get me wrong but in my short time in the company (less then one year) my hard work was recognized. Received a promotion to full time merchandiser shortly after being a part time detailer. I've read a lot of reviews on here about dissatisfaction w/management. Just want to say in my region I've hard nothing but competent hard working managers that want to see you grow within the company. Great job security and I can honestly say I don't LOVE my job...but I definitely don't hate it.
Cons
Based on numbers at times instead of performance, long hours, on holidays your going to work your tail off.
