      The pay is good Brand Name The alright Benifits Job security There is a dull moment Transfer anywhere Pepsi is everywhere

      Prepare for no life if you work for Pepsi. Hours are long and managent cares little about any personal time needed off. There is little management direction given and it all ways changes. Everyone is out for themselves...Cutthroat. They treat there employess as well as there customers like dirt!

      Pros

      Its a great job where you can work on your own and build relationships with the accounts you sell too. I am a merchandiser and would reccommend to anyone.

      Cons

      You work early hours which can be tough. There is a good amount of overtime involved so work days may be long.
