      Terrible pay, but great company if you have a family and need flex hours

      Pros

      Incredible work/life balance. Opportunity to work from home, summer hours, flex hours, gym at the office, dry cleaning at the office.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and terrible benefits.Benefits used to be great before the merge with PepsiCo, now I'm scared to get sick, cause I may not be able to afford the co-pay. Upper management plays favorites, and they are the only ones getting promoted.

      Pros

      Good experencie selling business to business. The job offers a little flexbility just one needs to be off work for any reason. Frit-Lay offers a small family type atmosphere.

      Cons

      The bulk start time which is generally between 2am and 4am can really be burden. With regard to customers you will often feel as if you work for customer instead of the company.
