Pros

Free fountain drinks...if you like sugar and don't care about your health.

Cons

Onboarding was horrible. It took Pepsico 3 weeks to get me access to all systems I was supposed to use to do my job. Dated office at Pepsico Beverages compared to Foods. The company went through Smart Spend - savings projects to save $. The company is so cheap now that they even got rid of garbage bins at the desks; you have to walk to the kitchen each time you have something to throw out or you keep a pile of garbage on your desk.

Pros

Benefits, Benefits, Benefits, Benefits, Benefits

Cons

Working 60 to 65 hours every week is for slaves! if you miss 1 stop out of the whole week they wanna write you up, they wanna talk about safety all the time when you're driving around in death traps, their trucks are super old. The managers smile in your face and stave you in the back! The turnover rate is crazy, only the guys that have been there for 10,15,20 years don't go anywhere cause they got too much time invested in the company and when they started it wasn't like this. All of the guys that got hire with me are gone after only a year. Having a normal life and working for this company as an RSR is nearly impossible, and there's no pay for overtime! Yes you heard it right! no pay for overtime is all base on sales, expect to work every holiday except for thanksgiving and Christmas. This company doesn't care one bit about their employees all they care is about numbers to the point where you have DSL's blowing up displays, doubling or tripling deliveries to a store when they have a Senior manager doing a tour of a store only to have employees take it all back once they leave, Am talking about a store that usually takes $500 a week they would bring in $2000 in one day! not even give you help and then expect you to do the rest of the day and finish at the same time when you have three time as much work. I lost 25 pounds in the first three moths working for this company because you have to hit the rode at 130m/hour if you slow down for one minute don't expect to be done on time, and every where you walk into people give you an attitude because they have such a bad customer service, they literately say very sarcastically : Oh! Frito is here! No communication between managers! I had three managers call me one day withing 5 minutes of one another to change my schedule without knowing the other had call. Bottom line the company needs some major overhauling when it comes to the way they treat their employees that are out there putting up the work!

Pros

1. Gifts 2. Decent WLB 3. Decent quality of work 4. You get more work if you're competent and you get growth accordingly 5. International Travel

Cons

1. PepsiCo Hyd is a GBS office, it's like a capability center where they have outsourced work from different BUs of PepsiCo and made it like CoE. This is where India is leading so it's perfect, but the leaders who have been appointed are from BPOs, they don't know what they are doing, and they have no idea how PepsiCo corporate culture is. You would feel from Day1 that your peers are really awesome but your leaders are full of crap. 2. Office space is good, but the food is so bad, they should see the perks which are being provided by their competitors such as HUL, AB InBev. They pressurize people to come to the office but don't have decent office space to accommodate those people. 3. If you know how to sing and dance and do all sort of non value add work, you can get promoted immediately, i have seen people joined with me with no idea of how to get work done, get promoted just because he/she can dance and play guitar. 4. There is a lot of disconnect between the stakeholders from BUs who are outsourcing the work to GBS and the local managers, they are never in sync and I mean how would they, managers here spend more time doing events, dancing, having parties and fun. 5. Compensation and Benefits are a scam, no pay parity here, no parity in designations and experience as well. They can hire anyone and make them a Deputy Director even if the person doesnt have any valid experience. They hired like fools. Even the designation are a scam, i'm manager in paper but internally, i'm an analyst.
