      Great location and pantry favourite snacks

      WFH encouraged, yet systems are too slow to cope. Toxic culture and a hearth with no soul. Machiavellian director who just isn't PepsiCo culture and will trample all to get ahead. It's fascinating how this bulldozing approach is acceptable at PepsiCo and yet, in under a year, this leader bullied someone out, while others can't wait to flee. I have found others having panic attacks or in tears as a direct result of this 'leader'. It doesn't sit well with me. HR have apparently been notified, but yet seem to do nothing about her and this is where they've failed.

      Pros

      Some/most colleagues are great. Meeting store owners and building those relationships.

      Cons

      Treated really badly, ridiculous hours, nothing ever good enough, poor poor management, treated like children, no organisation, support structure non-existent, Sale or return policy is a joke. Made to feel like the lowest of the low to the point that I am now on medication for depression.
