-All the benefits from working in a large corporation (discounts, restaurants and travel cards, insurance, etc.) -Fully hybrid (2 days in office) -Great office space with all amenities
Cons
-Bad management (not real design culture) -Serious lack of transparency related to work performance, subjective/biased decisions for career progress -Lack of internal competence -Projects delayed and discontinued for bad planning -Lot of external contractors recruited without a serious evaluation
