      Pros

      Great benefits chance for advancement if you can take the very low pay for years at a time

      Cons

      Salaray sucks for the RSAs that cover the vacation and days off of the normal route personel.. Sometimes they have you working 6 to 7 days a week because of the rotation and no true overtime only their variable rate overtime which is a better way calling it chinese overtime

      Poor management zero communication lots of traveling thankless routes

      Pros

      They give you about five weeks of training and more if you really need it were as most companies give you a lot less

      Cons

      You work really long hours and they will call you at the last minute and tell you that they need you to work on your day off which makes you unable to make any type of plans with family
