Some of the people are incredibly friendly and nice to work with. The biggest pro was the free books.

Cons

A lot of junior staff are not treated very well. Some of the senior managers are entitled and extremely rude. Processes can be complicated and often don't make sense but feeding back about it never seems to resolve an issue.
