Pros

The history of this place is amazing, as are the benefits. The processes from marketing planning through supply chain are impressive and organized. The people are passionate.

Cons

All different kinds of personalities are tolerated, which is both a pro and a con. It differs by department, but some are more mature and others feel light high school with cliques and "cool kids" that make it a little difficult to focus on the work and great products.
