      Pros

      The vacation and benefits package is really good, and the company tries to be employee centric and to make work/life balance a priority overall.

      Cons

      Because it is so big, sometimes corporate policies don't apply to everyone, and to every area of the comany. You have to fight pretty hard for certain things that come to others as a matter of course.
