Pros

The Gurgaon office is situated in the city centre, near to a lot of malls, restaurants and bars. You will initially be awestruck by the welcoming interiors, free books, goodies, new events and celebrations but soon monotony and the work grind will set in and you'll be on your toes!

Cons

More benefits are provided to full time employees and a bias exists against consultants or contract employees. There is a sycophantic and toxic attitude in the editorial and marketing teams which really hampers your progress in a team as well as an an individual. The so called flexi hours and 8 hours work culture is only for the upper management.
