      Salaries are not the greatest There is a drive to bring diversity and inclusion into areas like Technology but there isn't anything in place to retain people from diverse backgrounds currently there

      Great benefits package and affordable insurance, matching 401k, etc

      Cons

      It’s bogged down by hierarchies of people who care more about their corner office than good work or efficiency. If you work with the right people you’ll never leave, if you get saddled with the beasts you’ll notice how everyone leaves around them within 2-3 years. But HR and management are about protecting those higher up regardless of the quality of their work.
