Pros

Possible to work fully remote.

Cons

Health insurance is the most expensive and least coverage of the industry. Dont go there if you or your family have on going health issues. No work life balance.

Pros

I was able to work on some amazing books with high profile names. The art department has a lot more budget than others which allows you to commission illustrators, photographers and designers that are very high standard. The standard in general is very high, which pushes you also to create your best work and grow a lot as a designer.

Cons

Hard to move up to a higher position and increase salary.
