Pros

No pros apart from some of the books that are available for free or discounted.

Cons

Disability confident supposedly and yet fail to manage or support those that are disabled. Lack of opportunity and no commitment to diversity of any kind.

Pros

Lively office and some of the most brilliant people you'll ever meet. However..

Cons

Ivory tower hierarchy, the efforts to strive for diversity are cosmetic at best. Forever-promised-and-never-delivered raises, luckily you can rely on the 1% increase each year to pay exorbitant London rent though. "Career development" that is really just taking on more work with no financial remuneration, while strictly staying put in pecking order.
