Pros

Great company to work for, great people. really nice benefits and amazing authors and books.

Cons

Cons are the same cons you might see with any large company, but they certainly don't outweigh the pros.

Pros

Great legacy publishing company. Lots of pride in employees

Cons

Weak on culture and still behind the 8 ball in terms of digital, which I don't think they will every get.

Pros

Penguin Random House is a great place to work. You are valued and feel like what you are doing matters. Great perks; summer working hours, good holiday, free books!

Cons

Cons of Penguin Random House; salary increases are slow to come, lots of proving you are worth more money.
