Pros

Some of the best people to work with in the publishing industry. Great benefits and perks. Exciting industry, and opportunities to meet best-selling authors and celebrities.

Cons

They closed 2 divisions (mine included) after the merge and put lots of great people out of jobs.

Pros

Excellent benefits & the people generally wonderful. Very comfortable workspaces. Morale is important to higher-ups. HR is very responsive to concerns.

Cons

Sometimes a bit behind on technology to support tech-heavy department. Can get bogged down in the usual office politics stuff.
