Pros

Great co-workers, fun work sometimes, very easy work, Great trainers always try to teach you everything before sending you off on your own, learned many things, computer and equipment.

Cons

Management sucks and is rude, as is HR, nobody tries to help if you have a problem, the group leaders are rude, and there's gossip about everyone and everything

Pros

Amazing benefits with lots of vacation time that you are encouraged to take. Working in the book industry is exciting - especially on this level working with amazing authors.

Cons

Can be more difficult to move up in the company. Salaries stay low for a while.

Pros

The people and community at PRH is truly amazing; it makes for a really nice working relationship with everyone at the company - whether is is a boss or a peer. People here love what they do.

Cons

Compensation is really low - unfortunately pretty unlivable in NYC.
