Pros

Free books throughout the year, great benefits, okay vacation time - not that anyone could afford a vacation on $9 an hour

Cons

Warehouse workers make barely any money.. No one can live off $8-$9 per hour. It's impossible and unfair.

Pros

Working for Penguin Random House is a great achievement for any publishing professional. The company does its best to take care of you with free book offers, fitness reimbursements, and other discount plans.

Cons

As is the case in publishing everywhere, the pay is low and there are limited opportunities to move up.
