Incredibly smart and kind people, worthwhile work, benefits are above and beyond. PRH cares and makes the effort to compensate its employees better than any other publisher, and finds creative ways to do so.

Cons

Pay could be higher, but such is publishing. Easy to feel stagnant, as many employees stay for life.
