The Best Company I've Ever Worked For

I work on one of the best teams in the whole company. My team is fully remote and very considerate to what would be a long commute. The work is easy and rewarding. The benefits are amazing: one month sabbatical after 10 years, four weeks of vacation, one week off between Christmas and New Year, $400 wellness fund, free books. I think if I ever move on to a different company for a higher salary, this will be the best company I've ever worked for. If I didn't need to worry about making more money, I'd never leave.

A very humane place to work. Great benefits, time off, great HR dept.

Cons

Exciting company to work for, but you may find it frustrating that people tend to only be promoted after they have "put in their time," and not necessarily because they are the best for the job. Be prepared to watch as majorly talented and qualified people are passed over for others because they know someone personally, they don't have to be paid as much, or because they have been at the company longer.
