Pros

It's the highest paying book publishing company, creativity is encouraged, and there is a lot of PTO offered.

Cons

This position still doesn't pay enough in comparison to how much work an assistant is inundated with, diversity & Inclusion efforts could be better, and there is huge pressure to perform (so a lot of unpaid overtime).
