Pros

Good company overall Employees believe in the products (books) that are created and there is a strong sense of purpose Esteemed in the industry Good friendly atmosphere Efforts to be inclusive and offer equal opportunities

Cons

Company has grown too large and this is accompanied by the usual problems of large companies: too many procedures, roles become too narrow, hierarchy that you can't bypass. Salary is not the top in the industry. Although efforts are being made to attract diverse talent, it doesn't yet feel diverse.
