      Wonderful company, working environment, competitive pay, excellent benefits and wonderful general perks, like free books, museum access, profit sharing, bonuses, etc.

      Cons

      A lot of folks stay for their whole careers so there is not a lot of turnover, which can make it difficult to move up the ranks.
