      health insurance, decent people (on second shift), lots of exercise at a manageable pace. 401k

      Cons

      You will get depression, guaranteed. You will be inside a concreate building for 8 hours. It will smell like dust, and you will have dark snot. the hum of machinery will be constant, and you'll get used to it. Get to the hampstead building and you'll only have the first listed con.

      Pros

      very good benefits around wellness, health, education. Very passionate, talented employees who are experts in their field.

      Cons

      Can be very top down, heavy workload caused by lots of duplication and inefficiencies.

      Pros

      PRH was a great place to work. The Work/Life balance is really nice and the people are great. I felt as though the company cares about it's employees, for the most part. Benefits are wonderful, better than other, similar companies.

      Cons

      Unfortunately POC/minority employees tend to be paid less and there doesn't seem to be any effort to fix this. The only way to get any significant raise is to threaten to leave, and even then, this isn't guaranteed. Please take care of your current employees!
