A good place to work with great benefits

Pros

Benefits, vacation, holiday and personal time are very good. Work environment could be better but I would not consider it bad. Things are changing fast and it seems mostly for the better so it could be a very exciting time to be an employee of this new merged company

Cons

Pay rates are not the best and bonuses are hardly anything. Large company so change can be counterproductive at times and flexibility is not possible like in a smaller company

Pros

Great Benefits, most people are easy to work with. Lots of talented people with great passion for their work.

Cons

Very little turnover - upward mobility is a problem. Costs/profits drive lots of decisions - which could be good and bad.
