Pros

Having worked in the Data team, I can say I have learned a lot from my peers and they are very hardworking. For such a small team, they are expected to deliver alot and they often do.. unfortunately this can lead to burn out and poor morale.

Cons

PRH has had repeated complaints about being a psychologically unsafe place to work. What do I mean by this? Ignorant, racist and inappropriate sexual remarks are made and shockingly the senior management don't really do anything about it. They have checked out and like to make a 'training day' on how to make work a safe place rather than take real action when incidents occur.

Pros

Benefits and time off are about it.

Cons

Toxic upper management. Group Leaders are over worked and underpaid. Upper management worries too much about fixing things that aren't even broken & then proceeds to neglect actual issues that should be focused on instead. They will ask for employee feedback but 99% of the time they already have a decision made about things before even asking the employees. You have to be a yes man with no back bone to make it here. Say yes to every single command that comes down the pipeline, and don’t dare have a different opinion about how something should be done—it will be immediately shot down. Upper management absolutely will not take your job knowledge into account so preventative issues occur. then you, who warned them about potential issues are expected to fix whatever problem you were attempting to prevent in the first place. but once again, they wouldn’t listen. Rinse & repeat until retirement.

Pros

Work life balance is good Free books Solid benefits People are generally nice

Cons

Getting promoted is almost impossible There's a revolving door of lower level employees and CEO's don't seem to care about them at all It's frustrating hearing about a growth mindset when junior employees can barely affor to pay their rent
