Pros

They have good benefits and haven't shown any communication to end remote work.

Cons

Truly terrible place to work. The imprint I work in is truly horrible. There is no professional development, you have an unsustainable amount of work with very little pay and if you ask for help or express your issues they make it like you aren't good at your job. I don't feel valued at all. They know that you're replaceable which is tragic since I love the work. There is so much red tape it's hard to get anything done. They refuse to hire more employees so they save money by hiring contractors or freelancers. It's not worth it in the long run. I see why "THE OTHER BLACK GIRL" was written....Burnout is unavoidable
