Pros

Mostly staff are nice and passionate about what they do

Cons

Some bad apples at the top of the tree mean nepotism is rife and claims of inclusion are simply lip service

Toxic work culture and poor management

Pros

Books and vacation time, coworkers are generally nice when they aren't competing with you. Great place to start for entry-level if you can deal with department drama, little to no room for advancment though

Cons

No work life balance Low pay Being overworked is accepted and expected Incompetence and racism runs rampant in the Talent Acquisition and HR department, so don't bother to complain Diversity hiring is for show, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere
